“Lakenridge Builders literally built our DREAM HOME!! My wife and I were looking for the perfect home to purchase with our specific wants and needs and we came across Lakenridge. Jamie, the owner of Lakenridge was extremely easy to work with. He is an owner who is not afraid of getting his hands dirty as he was always on site while building our house. This keep us at ease. He put his heart and soul in our project and what we like in particular is that he and his crew paid very close attention to detail. Since we moved in, there were a few minor details that needed to be addressed as expected in any new home and his assistant Emily Greenwood was our contact person. Emily was also easy to work with and we checked off a few things that need to be addressed. Lakenridge also assured us that in 1 year, if we need anything updated then we can provide them with a punch list and they will come back and adjust anything that we need for the house.
